I have a 2006 Chevy Equinox and the radio seems to skip out?

Whether I'm listening to the CD or just the radio, I get a ROCK Int message and if the CD were on, it goes to FM. Anyone else have a problem with the radio? I took it in to the shop 3 times already!

We've had a few Equinox vehicles with the problem you're describing. Has the Radio been replaced? It's needs to be replaced and the new one programmed to your vehicle. If the dealer isn't replacing just because they have not duplicated the problem, then I'd suggest taking it to another dealer or getting in contact with the general manager and telling him you want your vehicle fixed. I probably replace about 5 radios or more per week, for problems like your and other CD issues. Good luck.
