Chevy malibu got water in the door?

Now the locks go up and down all the time. had to pull the fuse. What do I need to replace? The actuator?

If you allow it due time to dry out fully it probably will start to work normally again so if I were you I'd just leave it awhile that way or take the door panel off and try drying it via a heated garage etc.
