Help with 1999 chevy tahoe 4 by 4?

I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4 by 4.I am having trouble getting it to start.Have to pour gas in carburator to start.Already put on new gas filter.It tries to bog out if you try to get on it.If you gradually gain speed it does ok,but floor it and it bogs out.
Sorry it is fuel injectors not carb
