its a monsoon with a cd player no cd changer in the trunk. Where can i get the cable? what cable could i get? how much is it gonna be?

If you can connect it with a cable, you should check with the dealer. It may not cost as much as you might think.
Another alternative is a wireless adapter. You plug the ipod in to it and it transmits the music to the cars antenna. You can buy these almost anywhere for about $30.
