Do all 2005 Chevy Trailblazers have power door mirrors? If so, where is the internal control for them?

Yes, Most do I don't remember ever seeing a Manual mirror option.
The controls for the drivers side is in the Drivers door module which is the Window control. The passenger side is controlled by the FPDM
or front passenger door module. You will need to take it to a dealer
for service as you will need a tech2 scan tool to diagnose these
modules and you will need TIS2Web to program them. The option code on your RPO should be DK2.
