2006 chevy malibu is giving me trouble need some help please i appreciate it deeply!?

ok my air condition and heating went out! now when i turn it on my car starts making a weird noise and accelerating! anyone have a clue as to whats going on? please help i need to fix this myself money is tight!

Sounds like a vacuum leak making the engine rev. Vacuum also controls the heating and a/c.
