...problem and how can i fix it ? well its basically always blowing out cold air even after it warms up whats is causing this and how can i fix it

You need to flush out your heater core. Remove both heater core hoses from the engine.Using a garden hose with a nozzle,blow water through both hoses for about a minute a piece.Reattach both hoses to the engine.Start your truck. You will then want to pull the return line off for a second to bleed the air from the core. You should have good heat now.
