Should I put my Chevy Tahoe in 4WD sometimes?

I don't generally ever use the 4WD, just on the beach once a few months ago. Should I drive it in 4WD sometimes to lubricate anything?

no you should not only when u have to use it and i know this because i have a chevy tahoe z71
