my aveo's right rear brake drum wont move when i put it in drive, but when in reverse it usually rolls normal. but the break pedal is very weak (pedal is on floor till i come to a stop), and then the brake is seized up and frozen. I've tried to take the drum off but the brake shoes keep it from sliding off, so im guessing i should loosen the adjuster wheel. but im not sure what the problem is. my guess is i need new brake shoes or a spring came loose or broke. i need help on how to get drum off and what the problem could be
