...start right back up.Any suggestions? also, the oil Gage will go from high to low and then a message comes across that says low oil pressure. Also before all the stalling started to happen my RPM gage stopped working as well.

Take it to Autozone if you have one close. They will hook your on-board computer up to a diagnostics checker for free. That will tell you if there is a bad component or two in the engine management system. It could be a bunch of things since modern day cars have sophisticated computers to get the most out of the engine. The code reader identities the bad part(s) and you simply replace them....
If you don't have an auto parts store that offers this service, you will need to go to a dealer so they can diagnose the problem. However, you may want to do a few things before you go the expense of paying $50+ just for them to hook up to your computer.
Try the basics. Inspect the spark plugs. Replace them if they are black or caked with gunk. Check the plug wires. Are they cracked, or rubbing against the engine causing a short? Replace them if they are. Get a bottle of injector cleaner and run a tank of good quality high octane gas through it. Your injectors may be dirty. Check your air filter. It may be dirty, restricting the air flow to the cylinders. This will cause the truck to run rich, loading up the cylinders with too much fuel. In turn gunking up the plugs.
If after doing the simple inexpensive stuff, you still have a problem, you may need to take it to a good mechanic or the dealer.
As far as the tachometer goes, it may be a broken or loose wire, or a fuse. Check the fuse box for any blown fuses.
Good luck!
Steve.
