1990 camaro v8 loses power ?

my 1990 camaro rs v8 loses a little bit of power about mid way through second gear. if it is at full throttle then it doesn't feel like that but if you're just cruising and you shift to second then at about 2000 rpm it loses power a little bit. what could this be? plugs and wires?

Fuel delivery problem.

Plugs , wires , fuel filter, check the air filter too ,it also could be that the transmission filter is a bit dirty too.You also might want to run some Lucas gas treatment through the system and a few tanks of gas then change the gas filter again.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way if that vehicle hasn't had the transmission fluid and filter changed I'd change them but use factory recommended parts and fluid though.
