I am planning to buy 1997 Camaro Z28 with milage of 106000. It doesn't have major problems other than the salvage title. It has a kbb value of $4000-$5000. What about the book value with the salvage title? The owner is asking $1700OBO. Is it too much??or decent? Please help!!
