Clicking sound coming from 67 camaro?

I had my camaro sitting for a couple months, i just changed the oil, now theres a click that speeds up when i rev the motor....Im really hoping its not a pushrod problem, anything else i should check?

It might not help now but i would change the fuel filters and dump that gas and put some new gas in. I would also check the lifters and rockers. And just hope its not piston slap.
