I have a 1983 Camaro Z28 and the turn signals work when the lights are off

but not when on.? I have the lights off and the turn signals work just fine but when i switch on my headlights etc the blinkers become solid? Is it the flasher? because i replaced all the bulbs.

I would look for a bad ground connection.When your lights are on and you turn on the turn signals do the parking lights dim? That might tell you where to look.
