My 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe and Heating/A-C problem?

My 1997 Chev Tahoe (2 door, 4 WD) when the heater or air conditioner is activated or is on will only blow air when on the lowest or highest setting - is it a resistor which blew or something else?

That's usually the resistor.
