...changed from the 06 model? like i said above how does the knob come off just the knob i dont' want to replace the whole thing i just want to replace the ball on top that has the gears on it with a skull knob but i cna't figure out how to get the old one off and i can't twist it by hand but i'm afraide to use soemthing else in fear of breaking it if it doesn't unscrew.
