daytime run-lights on Chevy Cavalier not working?

I'm just curious about why my daytime runlights aren't working. When i turn the parking lights on, they stay on for about 3 or 4 seconds before the ystart to flicker, and then shut off. I get a Service light on my dash next to the speedometer.

Is the problem a fuse, or is this something i need to go to Goodwrench for? Thanks!

Sounds like a blown fuse.

electrical problem....take it to the shop.

the day time running lamp controller is probably broken.take it to a reputable shop,not necessarily the dealer.
