When I accelerate, there is a quiet knocking sound. It is very soft, sound's a bit like if you tapped your finger on your desk, it speeds up when I accelerate, and slows down when I coast, It is repetitious, and gets louder then quieter, then stops when the car switches gears. It is an automatic.
Anyone have any experience with this?
The noise never changes, the temperature doesn't affect it at all.
And also, does anyone know the general price of these possible repairs? (Nothing exact, just an estimation like $100 or $2000?)
