1999 chevy Tahoe wont start but turns over.?

My 1999 Chevy Tahoe wont start it turns over and I can hear the fuel pump running. I have replaced the plugs and wires, I have spark. It will not start if I pour gas down the throttle body but I do have fuel coming I can see it in the throttle body. Any suggestions please?

measure the intensity of the spark and the fuel pressure one of them could be to weak that is keeping the engine from starting

Can you find someone with a scanner to read codes. That might point you in the right direction.
