...my factory speakers? I know that there is a module in it somewhere but dont know where it is at?

I would imagine the brands' website would give you an idea. If you still can't find out what the problem is, take it to a shop. Shouldn't cost more than $30 for them to re-install, plus if it ever messes up, they should take a look at it for free.
