Definitely the Nissan Leaf. It can go farther on a charge (100 miles), has a more fuel efficient gasoline engine, costs thousands less than the Volt, and in general, Nissans are built with more quality than Chevys.

Since neither exist, why ask this question.

NO VEHICLE can get 200 mpg, it's a play on words, so get over this notion. Since electricity costs more than gasoline, you may end up paying more per mile with either vehicle.
