1967 chevy camaro fuel economy / mpg?

how many miles to the gallon will a 67 camaro give me with a 4 speed 327 engine? What can i do to inprove its mpgs? Is it possible to drop in a inline six cylinder engine, how hard will it be? give me some deails, im a novice...

Nobody buys a classic because it gets good mileage. You would be better off getting something else. I would hate to see a classic ruined by mods as you suggest.
